What is a Scattering Tube?
What is a scattering tube?
Essentially, a scattering tube is a durable cardboard tube which is specifically designed to make the scattering of cremated remains ('ashes') easier.
The ashes are placed within the tube, and the ashes can be released by removing the lid and piercing the circular opening at the top of the cylinder (see picture below, where someone is about to open this circular opening with their thumb).
If you'd like to know more you can visit our main supplier of scattering tubes, Final Touch, who are based in Brisbane. You can see their range on page 48 of their online catalogue here: https://www.flipsnack.com/finaltouchaustralia/keep-your-memories-close-urn-catalogue-2025-v13/full-view.html
If you'd like to know how much they cost, please contact us on 07 3544 6880 or email admin@evermorefunerals.com.au
We'd be glad to help you find the right scattering tube!
